Client: British Telecom / Bovis Lend Lease
Mooney Kelly were appointed by Bovis Lend Lease to provide commercial management services on the roll-out project to upgrade the entire British Telecom telephone network to a digital service. The project required Mooney Kelly to manage approximately 150 sites simultaneously, all over the South-East of England. Each site was a stand-alone contract, necessitating monthly valuations and regular financial reporting to BT. Four different contractors were engaged to carry the project out. |
