Denham Place

Denham Place is a 27,000 sq ft Grade I listed building, converted by a sympathetic client back from office use to provide residential use. The house was built in 1789 and has attracted considerable interest from English Heritage. Mooney Kelly acted as project commercial managers and also as monitoring agents for the funding institution. |
