Client: Parkcity Properties ltd
Conversion of a 93-bedroom two star budget hotel to 65 bedroom 4 star hotel. The existing hotel consisted of 7 town houses previously amalgamated into one. The works required new lifts and lift shafts, removal and infilling of staircase and other substantial structural works. Mooney Kelly acted as cost consultants for the whole project. |
