Client: ATOC
ATOC has grown rapidly since the privatisation of the railway industry in the UK. Mooney Kelly has been retained by ATOC since 1996 to act as project managers and commercial managers on their expansion to accommodate their increasing staff numbers. We are currently working on a further expansion, which entails creation of swing space, relocation of various departments, and a refurbishment including the upgrading of the landlord’s heating/cooling systems over two floors of a central London office building totalling 24,000 square feet. Work is being carried out in 5 phases. The offices will be occupied throughout the project’s duration and all services will need to be maintained during the works. |
