A 30,000 sq foot office fit out to accommodate 260 people. The works were carried out within a twelve-week period and included alterations to category A works carried out on behalf of the landlord. The client’s move-in date was cast in stone, due to the possibility of substantial penalty clauses being incurred, should they not move out of their existing building before the lease expiry date. Mooney Kelly’s remit as project managers and commercial managers included construction fit-out, AC, IT, security, furniture, staff relocation and new maintenance contracts. All staff were relocated over the course of a single weekend from their main office and one satellite office. |
