what we do
CDM Co-Ordination

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 place duties on clients and designers to take into account the health and safety of construction workers, repair and maintenance workers and demolition workers when commissioning and designing projects.

Overall responsibility for co-ordinating the health and safety aspects of the design and planning elements of a project rests with a CDM Co-Ordinator.

Since the initial introduction of these regulations in 1994, Mooney Kelly have acted as Planning Supervisors or CDM Co-ordinators under the revised regulations on a large number and broad range of projects, and have the experience necessary to ensure clients obligations are met in this extremely important area of health and safety.
